Idepoo Software
Idepoo Accounting — cloud accounting for small and medium companies
Invoices, tax, statements and reports in one place — no spreadsheets, from any device, on data that only ever has one version.
Who it is for
Retail and distribution
Hundreds of invoices a month, several warehouses, several tills. Accounting has to be the same system as sales, not a ledger filled in at month end.
Service companies
Projects, quotes, contracts. You need to know whether each project made money — not only the company.
Small manufacturers
Materials, cost of goods, production. General accounting cannot see it; this can.
What it does
Invoices and quotes
Issue, send by SMS or email, chase payment. Legal numbering, electronic stamp and signature.
VAT
Calculated automatically, quarterly return ready to file, tax-authority integration.
Journals and ledgers
A journal entry from every invoice and payment; general, subsidiary and detail ledgers. A trial balance at any moment.
Bank and cash
Multiple accounts and tills, bank reconciliation from the bank file.
Reports
P&L, balance sheet, customer statements, cheque maturities — one click, Excel and PDF.
Users and roles
Accountant, manager, salesperson; each sees exactly what they should. Every change is logged.
Compared with spreadsheets and desktop software
- One version of the truth. In a spreadsheet every colleague has a file and nobody knows which is right at month end. Here there is one set of data and everyone sees it.
- From anywhere. Desktop software lives on one machine; this lives in the browser and on the phone.
- Backups you cannot forget. Daily, automatic, off your premises. A dead hard drive is no longer a lost year.
- Updates without installs. Tax rules changed? They are in the software the next morning.
- Access and history. Who changed what, when — the question a spreadsheet never answers.
Pricing is annual, based on users and active modules: from 18m toman a year for three users, with each further user at 4m. All three cloud products together — accounting, CRM and payroll — are 35m a year. Setup and migration from your current system are estimated separately. The exact figure follows a demo, once the real number of users is counted.
Moving from your current system
We take the export or spreadsheet, import contacts, accounts and balances, and reconcile the opening balance with you. The old system stays on until the balance agrees.
This product is a module of OnePlatform
Idepoo Accounting is sold on its own and as the finance module of OnePlatform, our integrated business platform.
The practical difference: on OnePlatform, sales invoices arrive from the sales module, purchase invoices from procurement, cost of goods from inventory and the payroll journal from HR — all automatically, with nobody retyping anything.
If accounting is all you need today, buy just that. Adding the next module later is an activation, not a migration.
Questions
Is it really online, nothing to install?
Yes. It runs in the browser and on mobile, nothing is installed, and updates apply automatically.
Where is our data stored?
On servers inside Iran , backed up daily. Your data is yours; you can export all of it at any time.
Does it connect to the tax authority?
We go through the current state of the tax-system integration with you at the demo, because those rules change often and a general answer helps nobody.
What if the internet drops?
As with any cloud tool, work pauses until it returns; nothing is lost, because every change was saved the moment it was made.
How do we migrate?
We take your export or spreadsheet, import it and reconcile the opening balance with you. Usually one to three working days.
How many users can work at once?
As many as you have licensed, with no technical limit. Each has their own access level.
What is support like?
Phone and messaging in working hours, with a named person who knows the product — not a ticket queue.
Can you add something specific to us?
Yes. The team that wrote the product also builds custom software; a report or workflow of your own is added at a separate cost.
A fifteen-minute demo with your own data. Tell us how many users you are and what you use today.
