1. Who you are contracting with

This website and its services belong to Idepoo Viana, trading as Idepoo. In this document, "we" means that company.

3. The nature of the information on this site

The content here — services, software products, case studies and articles — is published so you can understand what we do.

The figures and price ranges shown on the site or produced by the estimator are not a formal offer and do not constitute a contractual undertaking. They are estimates and they move with the scope agreed in a discovery session and written into a scope document. A price commitment exists only in a quotation or a signed contract.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — design, text, images, video, logo and visual elements — belongs to Idepoo Viana and is protected under the intellectual property law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and international conventions.

Copying, republishing or making commercial use of this material without written permission is prohibited, as is any use of the "Idepoo" name and mark.

On the software: intellectual property in our software products remains with Idepoo Viana. Where source code is handed over, that happens under a separate agreement with a defined scope of use, a non-disclosure undertaking and retained commercial rights, and it does not include the right to resell it or offer it as a product.

5. Permitted use

Using the site to learn about our services and to contact us is free. The following are not permitted:

Unlawful use, or use contrary to applicable regulation
Sending abusive, harmful or bulk unsolicited content through the forms
Attempting unauthorised access to protected parts of the site, the client portal or the server
Automated bulk extraction of content without written permission

6. Client portal accounts

The portal has no public sign-up; an account is created once a contract is in place. Protecting your credentials is your responsibility, as is activity carried out with your account — including the accounts you create for your own colleagues. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but content may contain an inadvertent error, and services and prices change. We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site alone; for any commercial decision, the scope document and the signed contract are what count.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. Those links are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. This clause does not affect our obligations under contracts signed with clients; those are set out in the contracts themselves.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version is published on this page with its date, and continuing to use the site means accepting it.

How we collect and use your information is set out in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes fall to the Iranian courts.
