A medical website patients trust — and book through

From 45 to 120 million toman. Online booking without a forced sign-up, a Persian calendar, SMS reminders, and the credentials a patient looks for before they choose a doctor.

Why a medical site is not a corporate site

A patient arrives anxious and in a hurry, usually on a phone, usually at night. They are deciding whether to trust a person with their body, and they decide from a small number of things: who the doctor is and what they trained in, what exactly is treated here, where it is, what it roughly costs, and whether an appointment can be made right now without a phone call.

Everything else on a medical site is decoration.

What the site needs

  • A doctor page that reads like a person — training, board certification, years in practice, and a photograph taken this decade
  • One page per treatment, because that is how patients search: they search the procedure, not the clinic
  • Before-and-after galleries where the speciality allows them, with consent recorded
  • Location and hours, on a map, above the fold on mobile
  • Booking, in three taps

Online booking that actually increases appointments

Most booking systems lose the patient at the sign-up form. Ours does not have one: a name and a mobile number, a code by SMS, and the appointment is made. That single decision does more for completed bookings than any redesign.

The rest is unglamorous and matters just as much: the Persian (Jalali) calendar, correct holidays, separate schedules per doctor, a slot released the moment a booking is cancelled, an SMS reminder the day before, and a deposit if no-shows are hurting you. For a clinic, bookings can flow into the practice management system so reception is not typing them twice.

Privacy

Medical data is not marketing data. Booking records are stored on Iranian infrastructure, only reception and the treating doctor can see them, and nothing about a patient's condition is ever collected through a public form. If you use analytics, patient-identifying pages are excluded from it.

Questions about medical websites

How much does a medical website cost?

From 45 million toman for a single practice with booking, 75 for a clinic with several doctors, and 120 upwards for a platform with records and a cash desk. Booking is included at every tier, not sold as an add-on.

Does online booking really bring more appointments?

It does when it does not ask for a sign-up. Patients abandon registration forms. A name, a mobile number and an SMS code is the whole flow, and it is the single change that moves completed bookings the most.

Can it connect to our clinic software?

If your software exposes an API or a database we can reach, yes — bookings arrive in it and reception stops typing them twice. We check what is possible before quoting; some Iranian practice systems expose nothing, and then the site keeps its own schedule.

Where is patient data stored?

On Iranian infrastructure, visible only to reception and the treating doctor. Public forms never collect anything about a condition, and pages that could identify a patient are kept out of analytics.

Can we take a deposit to reduce no-shows?

Yes, from the clinic tier. The patient pays a set amount through an Iranian gateway to confirm the slot, with your cancellation and refund rules applied automatically.
