Practices, clinics and multi-branch centres

Practice management software — from the appointment to the record to the cash desk

One system instead of a booking site, a paper diary and a spreadsheet. Deployment from 120 million toman for one to three doctors at a single branch; multi-doctor and multi-branch quoted from the scope.

What practice software has to do

Three jobs, and a system that does only one of them creates work rather than removing it:

  • Fill the diary. Online booking a patient completes on a phone at night, per-doctor schedules, and a reminder that reduces no-shows.
  • Keep the record. What was done, by whom, when, with the history the next appointment depends on.
  • Close the day. Payments, discounts, doctor's share, and a figure the accountant can reconcile without asking anyone.

A medical practice, or an aesthetic clinic?

They look similar and behave differently. A medical practice is appointments, records and insurance. An aesthetic clinic is sessions, packages, before-and-after photographs with consent, deposits, and staff commission. We build both, and the difference is in the setup, not in a different product: the clinic platform is the same core with the aesthetic workflow on top.

Three things that matter in practice

  • A Jalali calendar with real holidays

Official holidays, each doctor’s days, and the exceptions — in one calendar that reception does not have to correct by hand.

  • Reminders that reduce no-shows

An SMS the day before at the operator’s own rate, and a released slot the moment a patient cancels.

  • Records only the right people see

Reception sees the diary and the cash desk; the treating doctor sees the record. Every view is logged.

The first day in a practice

We import the patient list and the current diary, set each doctor's days and services, and run the first week alongside whatever you use now rather than instead of it. Reception is trained on the two screens they will actually live in — the diary and the cash desk — and nothing else until those are second nature.

Patient data stays on Iranian infrastructure. Records are visible to the treating doctor and to reception, never to anyone else, and every access is recorded.

Questions about practice software

How much does practice software cost?

Deployment starts at 120 million toman for one to three doctors at a single branch, including import, setup and training. A multi-doctor clinic or several branches is quoted from the scope, because the work is in the workflow rather than in the number of users.

Can a patient book without registering?

Yes, and that is the point. A name, a mobile number and an SMS code is the whole flow. Registration forms are where booking systems lose people.

Does it connect to our accounting software?

To Idepoo accounting, directly. To another system, it depends on what that system exposes; we establish that during discovery, before quoting, rather than promising it and discovering later.

Can each doctor see their own schedule and share?

Yes. Doctors see their own diary and their own share; reception sees the whole diary and the cash desk; the manager sees the reports. The roles are set at deployment.

Is it web-based or installed?

Web-based, so reception, the doctors and the manager use it from any device without an install, and there is no server to maintain in the clinic. It can be deployed on your own infrastructure if your data policy requires that.
